Produce Day – Farm to Fork Cooking Demonstration

Celebrate the flavours of the Granite Belt with our Produce Day Farm to Fork Cooking Demonstration, a showcase of the growers, makers and culinary talent that define our region.

Leading the stage is the team from Varias Restaurant, including their new Head Chef Tom, bringing a fresh and creative approach to seasonal cooking. Known for championing local ingredients, Varias continues to set the standard for paddock-to-plate dining in Stanthorpe.

Joining the demonstration is Banca Ridge Wines, pairing exceptional Granite Belt wines with the dishes created on stage. Their cool-climate wines reflect the unique growing conditions of our high-country region.

Also featured is Australian Vinegar, showcasing how handcrafted vinegars can elevate and enhance fresh regional produce with depth and balance.

Adding further insight into the region’s agricultural strength, Jess Andreatta from the Granite Belt Growers Association will share knowledge about the diversity, quality and innovation behind the produce grown right here in the Granite Belt.

This is more than a cooking demonstration. It is a true farm-to-fork experience, connecting visitors with the chefs, growers and producers who bring Granite Belt food and wine to life.
