Stallholder Applications
Thank you for expressing interest in joining us as a stall holder. The Apple and Grape Harvest Festival is a 10 day Festival held in Stanthorpe and its surrounds.
The 2026 Festival features a host of activities commencing Friday 27 February 2026 – through to the Sunday 08 March 2026.
Detailed information on the range of activities programmed for the Festival will soon be available through our website.
Your Application for a Stall is for the last weekend of the Festival 6th-8th March 2026.
The Apple and Grape Harvest Festival is a very popular event and traditionally hosts upwards of 80,000 visitors to each event.

Applications will close on 01 February 2026 any late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
Apple and Grape Harvest Festival will advise you as early as possible whether you are successful and an email will be forwarded to you for payment by the due date.
Street Stalls are managed in 3 distinct Zones.
Your application will request space in one or more of these Zones.
The Zones are:
Marsh Street Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Victoria Street Saturday and Sunday.
High/Maryland Street Saturday only.
The Marsh Street Zone is part of the Weeroona Park ticketed security precinct.

Market in the Mountains stalls
The Market in the Mountains will be held on the 7th & 8th March inside the Stanthorpe Civic Centre, across from the Food & Wine Fiesta. It is run independently of the Apple & Grape Festival, so please contact the Market in the Mountains organiser directly for information on applying for a stall there.
