Join chef John Speranza as he takes your palate on a journey with the delicious flavors of the Granite Belt. Working with a key festival ingredient—the apple—it will be wonderful to see the masterpieces he whips up.
Local apple farmer David McMahon will also be on hand to engage you with all things apple in the Granite Belt, sharing fun facts, such as how the sweetest apples are those that ripen right before the first frost.
Meanwhile, the local legends from Ballandean Estate Wines will be available to discuss their recent harvest and share their wealth of knowledge about wines.
