Farm to Fork Cooking Demonstration

Celebrity chef Matt Golinski will showcase the versatility of truffles, demonstrating their incorporation into a variety of dishes that highlight the unique earthy and aromatic flavours of this delicacy. Balancing Heart Vineyard will also be present at the morning ‘Farm to Fork’ event, educating attendees on the perfect wines to complement that perfect meal.
